Why do I need to acknowledge a correction when there's no correction to
acknowledge? Id Software says they released the source code to Quake 3. I
said they released the source code.

Being "technically" correct is no excuse for him being an idiot picking
fights over stupid little details. Especially when even the software
company that released the code disagrees with him.

It takes a special kind of stupid to do what Jacob did.

I've been on the net long enough to not be surprised by this though.
There's people like him in every forum. Their entire self-worth is based on
nitpicking details in a vain effort to impress people.

I'm not impressed.
