BlankHi my name is John Sanders. It's all ready set at 12 point and I have the 
font selected as the fontso suggested. But, it still is not working. What 
should I do now?

  Hi John,

  Some screen readers don't like certain types of font and/or size of font.

  You might try initially going to the global menu and selecting Fonts.  Try 
changing the font for screen display to Courier, or Courier New, and say 12 
point, and see if that helps.

other words, my screen reader isn't reading it rite. How should I go about
