Firstly the F12 *show data you sent, says that ChangeFSI is doing the
conversion of PNGs - presumably the version (of ChangeFSI) on the
machine that fails is an old pre-PNG support version.
Secondly, Colin Ferris has sent me a TransPNG which is based on png2spr
(where that lives on the web I have no idea, !Boot is dated 2012)
I found the time to turn on my RISC OS machine, I found a compiled and
linked command line tool for converting PNG to Draw, dated around Summer
2014. I suspect I did not release it, but gave the code to someone.
