Yes I found two versions one for 1997 and another for 2007.
I have excised the 1997 version.

Now the PNG will load into OvPro.

Funny thing is, both machines have/had the same two ChangeFSI versions.
I must look closer at that tomorrow on the other machine.

Secondly, Colin Ferris has sent me a TransPNG which is based on png2spr
(where that lives on the web I have no idea, !Boot is dated 2012)

I found the time to turn on my RISC OS machine, I found a compiled and 
linked command line tool for converting PNG to Draw, dated around Summer 
2014. I suspect I did not release it, but gave the code to someone.
