As the writer of that tutorial, way back when, it was created before I
went OvPro for Windows, (I don't think back in 1998 OvPro for Windows
existed) so the files in the archive do not have the correct suffix
applied.
When extracted from the archive just add .dpd to each filename and they
will open in Win OvPro.
