Managed to produce a satisfactory water mark using a bee image. Would
like to set up a similar page using one line of repeating text from top
of page to bottom. Tried this in OvPro and it looked good but would not
convert to a JPEG file nor allow me to copy or cut and paste into the
transparent master page Any suggestions as to where I am going wrong

Oh deary me Claude, you do seem to be having difficulties.
I have to assume you are doing all this MS Windows side, but the principle
remains the same even if you are RISC OS side.
In the two files I sent you one of them was a example file. it contains a
lot of DAS DAS DAS.
That text I created in Ovation Pro, then I did a screen grab of that page
with another app called Snagit and saved as a Jpeg.
If you don't have an app to screen grab it can be done with Windows,
albeit with a bit less sophistication.
In OvPro create your page of text.
In OvPro turn off Guidelines.
Alt + PrintScrn key (This grabs the active window) then paste into a
graphics editor, edit as required then Save as a Jpeg.
Some version of Windows have the slightly more sophisticated Snipping tool.
If you have problems... Write me and ask, and I'll write up a step by step
for you.
