Hi, Jan.
Did you mean 375?
Our apartment has the old-style electric stove.
I'll definitely be following the "What's for dinner" thread. I've got to deal
with that, and it's just me and David. I'm the primary cook, so get to answer
that question. I need to be better at menu planning and finding variations ...
meatloaf Monday, taco Tuesday (when I get the homemade tortillas down.), etc.
I also like to bake bread. I haven't bought a loaf at the store since I started
baking bread three years ago. I mostly just make the KAF Honey Oat Pain de Mie,
and sometimes a sweet bread.
More Later,
Dani

I like electric, mostly because that's what I've had. I live in a
condo with no gas, so I have an electric flat top stove and love it.

I prefer a gas cooktop over an electric one. You hang around some odd
blind people. The gas burner gives you greater control and, when a
recipe says turn down to low, the flame immediately goes to low. If
you do that with an electric burner, you have residual heat from the
coils to deal with for a while
