Jan, I love this idea. It's a keeper for sure.
A few years ago I had a recipe from WF for sheet pan fajitas.
Thank you also for posting your mother's bread recipe.
I hope when I try a loaf it turns out well.

I have started making sheet pan dinners for one. I marinate my piece of meat in
and my sliced vegetables in olive oil and herbs, put foil on the cookie sheet,
drizzle on just a bit of olive oil and place everything on the cookie sheet, a
combination of meat, sliced baby potatoes, zucchini, summer squash, carrots,
green beans, cauliflower, peppers, onions, and/or mushrooms. I bake it at 385
degrees for 20 minutes. Delicious!
