That is a very impressive menu list.
I'm a great one for collecting new recipes. There is no way I will ever be able
to make them all, and yet, I continue to compile them. This is me trying to
make shopping and the whole process easier. Just searching for all the
ingredients for cooking gets tedious, even on the delivery apps.
Homemade bread is the best. An older gentleman who used to live down the street
would bring over his herb bread, which was amazing. I read bread labels and
don't like what I find so I'm anxious to give it a try.
What would you say is a good starter bread?
I wish I could find an Italian bread and roll recipe like we used to get back
east when I was growing up.
I'm in Texas where temps have already reached the mid-90s, not good baking
conditions.
I have a Bosch oven and a brand-new Bosch dishwasher; did not know Bosch made
mixers. I'll look into it; I bet it is quite a machine.
