[access-uk] Outlook Express

Hi All

A friend has had troubles moving to Broadband with BT and Wannadoo. She has
given up and now moved to Tiscali. However the OE page is littered with
references to Wannadoo and with logos. We thought uninstalling and
reinstalling from the Microsoft site would solve this. It hasn't the screen
is as it was. What does she now need to do please?
