Mandy - has this just started to happen? I find that at times this happens for
me, and I find that closing and reopening OE fixes the problem. I use shift and
tab to move from the inbox to the address book, to the list of folders.

On behalf of my friend, usually from inbox she would tab once to message and
then tab again to list of addresses but between the message and the list of
contacts she can tab to actually read the body of the emails and doesn't want
it laid out like this what should she do please?
