Hi Roger,

I simply copied the program location into Google.  If I'm
not mistaken, this is the point within the executable
program at which it fails.

The second location is in actual memory, and can vary
depending on what else is in memory, and when it was put
there.

If you are able to replicate the problem easily, try
unloading AVG, (preferably disconnecting the
telephone/broadband connection first) and see if the error
repeats itself.  If it doesn't, it will tend to point a
finger at AVG.
