perhaps in an option in OE tools or in your message rules you have checked a
box asking the program to ignore read messages, just an idea, hope it helps.
Good luck!

  Subject: [access-uk] Outlook Express.

I really don't know what has happened - for a few days now when I open
Outlook Express it says zero messages in my in-box until my emails come in
whereas I know there are always emails there - today I turned on and it just
said zero items and two emails came in and my others were not there - no emails
in my set up folders created via message rules - I always rename outlook
express as email on my start menu but I looked under all programmes and saw
outlook express was also there but entering on this just resulted in a complete
muddle.

I remember when I was being trained that once I had two instances of Outlook
Express open so I wondered if this was the case .
In desperation I performed a system restore just going back two days but this
has not rectified the situation and I've lost all my emails apart from any that
are coming in now.
  What can I do?

  Mandy.
