Hi Mandy,
To solve the problem described in your email, you need to go to the view menu
in OE, then arrow down to "layout and enter on that option. Once in the lay
out window, just tab down to reach the check box "preview pane" and uncheck it
and then hit the apply button and then the OK button. Exit OE and restart it,
that should do it.
