Friday morning I walked from the West Parking Lot to Long Bridge
and back in about 2 hours. There was a nice mix of migrants
and I finished the morning with 11 warblers species, two of
which were different from Wednesday. While Canada and
BLACK-AND WHITE WARBLERs vied for highest numbers, the highlight
warblers were a male GOLDEN-WINGED WARBLER and a perky OVENBIRD.
I finished with 40 species this morning.

Birds of particular interest follow below:

Wood Duck 28
Green Heron 1
Yellow billed Cuckoo 1
Chimney Swift 24
Great Crested Flycatcher 4
White-eyed Vireo 3
Red-eyed Vireo 2
