Monday morning 15 Sep. was so nice that I could not resist hitting 
Radnor Lake before going to work in downtown Nashville.  I birded
with Jan Shaw from the west parking lot to Long Bridge and back.
Things started slowly but eventually picked up a bit.  Our 11 species
of warblers included:

Nashville 1
N. Parula 1
Chestnut-sided  1
Magnolia 7
Black-throated Green 1
Blackburnian  1
Black-and-white 4
Am. Redstart 5 (1 adult male)
Ovenbird 1
Common Yellowthroat 1
Wilson's  1

Also seen were

Pied-billed Grebe 3
Chimney Swift 60+
Ruby-throated Hummers 4+
E. Wood-Pewee 3
Great Crested Flycatcher 1
Empidonax sp. 1
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher 1
Swainson's Thrush 4
Cedar Waxwing 30+
