After a nice Sunday morning walk with my wife and Jan Shaw, I decided to
try Radnor Lake again on Monday morning. From 7:15 - 9:15 am I
walked from the west parking lot to the lake trail and turned around at
Long Bridge.
The number of warblers was significantly reduced from yesterday, but I did
find a few.
Warblers:
Tennessee 1
Chestnut-sided 1
Magnolia 4
Blackburnian 1
Black-and-white 1
Am. Redstart 2
Worm-eating 1 found in the same spot as yesterday, the vines just before
the bench at Long Bridge
Kentucky 1
Also of note were:
White-eyed Vireo 1
Gray-cheeked Thursh 3
Swainson's Thrush 2
Empidonax species 1 Did not get a good look at the bird other than a
weak but definite eyering, but it was in the same
spot as yesterday, near the Worm-eating Warbler site.
