Radnor Lake State Natural Area
Davidson Co.
Nashville, TN
16 November 2004
7-9 am
cloudy

This morning a walk from the west parking lot around the lake
and back produced nothing unusual. Five species of ducks were
seen dominated by GADWALLs (25+). At the east end of the lake a
dozen or more EASTERN BLUEBIRDs, 30+ CEDAR WAXWINGs, and a
dozen AMERICAN GOLDFINCH swirled around finding good food
sources. Best bird of the day was an EASTERN PHOEBE at the dam
area.
