I have been keeping an eye on this thread myself. We are not using any =
of it ourselves but probably should.

I like all the help desk packages but only TrackIT seems to include =
asset management. =20

Are there any decent asset management packages out there besides =
TrackIT?

Greg

Since this thread has started we've decided to migrate away from Blue =
Flag
helpdesk towards a fairly heavily customised version of Liberum. We've
already got an in-house developed system called Bagpuss with a large
database of user and asset information and Liberum should integrate with =
it
nicely.

The Thin list just saves me so much work!

We have 150 users in 4 different cities, using Track IT.

How many users are you managing? <posed to all who've responded>
I currently just use the task list in outlook, but would love to get a
better "tracking" tool. However, with just under 300 users, I'm not
sure if
it is worth it.
