The closest we've come to that is Remedy but we had to do a bunch of
customization to get there & we use LDAP instead. The Altiris Helpdesk
solution has AD integration now tho...

Does anyone know of a software that is AD? enabled. I dream about creating
tickets by selecting from our existing AD, instead of typing contact
information over and over again. It would also be nice to pull up email
address and mailing addresses for shipping etc.=20

I would like our script to go, "Hi can I get your email address", and then,
"Thanks MIKE, I see you are based out of our Lansing office, are you
following up on trouble ticket X? Or is there a new problem?".

I know that many people have to support broad platforms, but 90% or our
calls originate from windows users and our tracked by their windows login
information, having an Active Directory based support system would be great.
