I almost forgot this one. It is very good especially if you have Altiris
deployed already. It does change managgement...etc as well as hd

The Altiris Helpdesk (www.altiris.com) software package is pretty nice and
it integrates nicely into their management software if you would ever move
over to it (or you currently use it).
