Hi Lee:

            If  "joe" somehow weaseled into a Company of Mine, I show him
the Door for sure, like yesterday. I think Henry perhaps if he had the time,
could look into these problems, but with a jerk like Joe there, its really
amazing anything gets Done at all. I can Sympathize with Henry to a Point,
but allright.....enough is enough. If you keep around an Employee who
occupys everyone elses time in the Company, that Employee does not belong in
that job. Even if he works for free.

             Henry, likely being From Japan, may not be Familiar with
"Corporate America" and the way our Structure here is, and could probably
use a little Friendly advice. I suppose if enough of es Emailed him Or faxed
him saying " Fire Joe, or I will never Buy From you" it may get his
attention.

              So far Henry has Emailed me back every time for the last few
days Regarding the Purchase of  this Part. He wants me to Call him, but as I
say, if Joe Answers the Phone, it just makes me sick....and I do not want to
become sick.

                Its good to hear that you are taking a pro-active stand on
this, and took some Action. Its really all on Henry now, and time will tell.
