Charles:

I too have had identical experiences. The Person you refer to
is JOE, not Scott. You probably have Scott Confused with Scott at Vance
Baldwin, who I have had Similar Experiences with recently there. At least
Vance does not allow Scott to answer the phones....which shows some
intelligence.

Another shop I know just got this response From Henry , the
owner of ASTI:

Re: ASTI2963,
DEAR SIR

WE DO HAVE THIS PARTS IN STOCK.CALL 1-800-221-1828. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT
PEOPLE AT
SALES WILL KNOW ABOUT IT.

BEST REGARDS
HENRY A.

I just Wrote Henry an Email voicing my concerns about this Guy
JOE. Apparently he is the root of the problem, as the rest of their staff
knows how to treat a customer. Even if this part or the part you had is
defective, this moron in the way he conducts himself , is getting in the way
of any progress solving the problem. I hope Henry gets back to me.

PS: The Opinions expressed in this Email are solely mine from actual
experience.
