Hi Ken:
I am currently Emailing Henry (at least I hope its Henry) about
the part in question. I will see what kind of Return Policy he has in place
in case I order this, and it too does not work.
I spoke to a guy there, I think his name was TIM, who is Joes
Supervisor. He said he would reprimand Joe, and was apoligetic to me. This
was on another
order where they sent an ASTI2598 instead of an ASTI2958 which I believe to
also be Joe's blunder. They also made it difficult because they didnt want
to have to pay for my return shipping for having the wrong part Sent, which
was not my fault. That was a while ago.
When I called after that for a Price on another Part, I got the
pleasure of speaking to Joe again, and this time, I blew a fuse and cursed
him out. Apparently the reprimand he recieved was shrugged off as a joke,
and you still get the same condescending attitude with Joe, no matter what
is done.
I hesitate to call, because if Joe picks up the phone, it will
cause instant irritation....and I'm all out of talcombe Powder.
