Dear Dan,
sadly, nothing happened. Control shift alt zero was supposed to enable the
plug-in after a pass key through but in fact, F5 kept sayingC sharp quarter
note no matter which note I was on.
I even tried changing the keystroke to something ridiculous like the letter p,
which I know is the same on every keyboard, or at least between French English
UK and English US, but the keystroke doesn't seem to reach the plug-in at all.
Let me ask you, in the feature list, is it normal that the item " access" is
called" Access 81"?
Cheers,
JPR

  Hi Jean-Philippe,

When you disable the plug-in the navigation keystrokes are passed onto
Sibelius and JAWS reports changes which occur in the tool windows which are
on screen. The plug-in isn't being run at all at this point.

  Could you try this:

  1. Disable the plug-in and move onto a note that you can clearly identify.
  2. Press INSERT+3 on the number row (pass key through).
  3. Press ALT+CONTROL+SHIFT+0.
  4. Press F5.

  What happens?

Okay Dan. Please keep in mind though what I told you in a previous mail.
When the plug-in claims to be disabled, it seems to work better. Instead of
saying C sharp bar 18 all the time, it says "note at" and the location, but
it doesn't say the note name. I don't know why the plug-in seems to be on
when it's off and off when it's on.

    Jean-Philippe,

No, the files should be in my settings and not shared settings. I just
wanted to check that there was no confusion over which files had been
    changed.

One of the changes I'm making to the second beta release should help
  resolve
this problem, but it will take a few more days to finish making all the
changes I need to. I'll keep looking into this, but I'm hoping that the
next release will sort this out.

    Dear Dan,
I thought you told me not to follow the documentation and to copy all Jaws
files in my settings, not in shared settings. So I did. For the moment,
there is no file or folder called Sibelius in the shared settings at all.
Could it be the reason of my problem?
    Cheers,
