Dear Dan, I thought you told me not to follow the documentation and to copy all Jaws files in my settings, not in shared settings. So I did. For the moment, there is no file or folder called Sibelius in the shared settings at all. Could it be the reason of my problem? Do you have any Sibelius script files in the settings folder within your own user folder. You can check this by going to: Start > Programs > JAWS (x) > Explore JAWS > Explore My Settings. (Note that this is the "muy settings" option in the menu, not the "shared settings" option.) If there is a Sibelius5Constants.JSH file in there, open it and look for the same line as before. It should read cksDescribePlugIn = "Alt+Control+Shift+0", ;... The reason I'm asking is that JAWS sometimes automatically saves changed files in the users folder rather than in the all users path.
