wow!  that was a good price - I thoght $120 was good for 500 gigs but your 
deal sure beat that.  Or course when it doesn't work for what you want, then 
it's not a good deal.  Did you try calling their toll free number to see if 
they had any solutions? I have found that both Best Buy and Staples (where I 
got mine) will take things back with no problems.  Circuit City is do to 
open here in a couple of months so will be interesting with all their 
history (firing everyone so they could hire kids at minimum age, etc.) how 
they will be.

I wonder why the font was small as whatever I put on it is the same as what 
I have on my screen from my computer - I didn't buy it for backup of my 
whole system though so of course didn't run into the problems with OE vs 
Firefox - sorry to hear it didn't work out for you.  I'm wondering now if I 
would be able to install any program right on to it myself as I use it 
basically for storage.  On one of my externals I am going to try to install 
the Hugware and LD browsers but they aren't the Free Agent.  Dolores
