Interesting. They have moved to signal the STB to disable the firewire
output on basic digital channels. I was able to capture a digital stream
for the few channels I subscribe to up until recently. With the advent
of QAM-256 tuners in TVs and HD cards, I would expect those streams will
be encrypted before long (although it could be reason to upgrade my MDP-120
to a 130...)

You can UNSUBSCRIBE from the OpenDTV list in two ways:

- Using the UNSUBSCRIBE command in your user configuration settings at 
FreeLists.org 

- By sending a message to: opendtv-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word 
unsubscribe in the subject line.
