This is right there are all kinds of situations where someone might want to use
file2brl and other tools to do work this is exactly the kind of thing I need to
do.

Just a reminder. A lot of people are using the file2brl front end for
translating and formatting documents. I think Greg may want to do the
same. The pakconfig thing trips up people who aren't used to
development. Other people are calling file2brl from Java or another
language.
