The files you download are regular executable files. Whether you just run them, or save them first, is a matter of personal preference. Either way, you just run the executable file that you grabbed, and it will install that particular Realspeak Direct voice onto your system. At this point RealSpeak Direct becomes another synthesizer you can select from in your profiles.

So I have that experience. But I can't figure out how to install one or more of the new voices. this. I hope my question is clear.
