That isn't possible, since packagefs is read-only. There is no merging going on between entries provided by packages and editable ones. The only thing somewhat related is that in /boot/common and ~/config several directories (e.g. settings) are redirected to the underlying BFS directory. Their contents isn't merged with anything packagefs provides, though.
