This doesn't make sense. Gyrate means rotate! I can't see how the
cosmos can have two different 24-hours rotations about the same point.
Once again Alan you should have spotted by the specific wording of the
paragraph that the second 24 hours should have been 365 days. Either you
have difficulty in reading, or you intend to be obstructionist.
