[bksvol-discuss] Missing pages

Hello. I have a question about proofing a book, specifically how to handle
missing pages at the beginning. There seems to be all the necessary info like
a title page, copyright page, dedications and such, but the pages don't match
up. The contents say that the preface is supposed to be on page "xii," but it
is only starting on page eight of the file, like there are missing blank pages,
because everything else is there that is necessary. Should I insert blank
pages, so the numbering lines up?
