The value looks to be around 233 ohms...  before it starts to become unstable
And not recognize is as a video signal as laid out here:

Luma is fed directly into composite in.
Chroma is fed into the middle of a pot.
The bottom end of the pot. Is fed into the luma signal
Through a capacitor... around 280pf... ( I just grabbed anything for a test)
And I got a solid black and white image on the monitor...

But like I said the asid test will be the DTV1 see how much chroma
We need to remove to get rid of the wavy color signal sometimes
