[torontocbm] Improving Intec LCD.

I'm going to return one of the Intec LCD's and keep the one I already opened.
I have a feeling the quality if display can be improved. The build in On
screen menus look very sharp, I think the input circuitry is probably at fault
and as well the A/C Adapter, could be suspect.
