Tony; Have you checked Symantec Website for the patch for this, I believe it's there. And also go to Microsoft XP update...I believe there is a patch there too. I have not had to deal with this virus, but heard lots mentioned on other websites on how to erradicate this. I believe it called the sobig virus, that keeps restarting your computer.
