Are you serious, Leroy? Do you really think that this would affect their
operations significantly? You need to step back and think about what you
are saying. Besides, a disruption like that would get the whole group
kicked right out of the convention. NSA has every right to be there if they
pay their money for the booth and NESDA accepts it. They have every right
to pursue and to promote their business model. You have every right to
boycott them and to try to convince others to do so, but you have no right
to interfere in such a manner. It would be unprofessional, unethical, and
frankly, un-American. If I were a member of NESDA and you behaved in such a
manner I would call for your expulsion from the organization.

The kind of tactics that you describe will only make you look foolish. You
might as well throw red paint on people wearing furs or chain yourself to
the gate at a nuclear plant.

I understand your frustration at seeing the business change and being
affected adversely, but it is a fact of life that markets change. You have
to adapt to survive.

Now, if you want to start an organization that will represent independent
servicers and provide services and leadership that NESDA has not, I might be
interested. Frankly, your reactionary approach does not suggest a vision
nor the leadership that would be needed to create an effective organization.

I can stop it dead in it's tracks.
All I need is the support of about 20 members from TechAssist, or NesdaNet.
If you don't want to help,...that's fine,....you don't have to.
Just drop the subject,...and let's move on.

If you DO want to help,...e-mail me personally,....and I'll start working on
a drafted letter, to take to the NSA booth at this summers convention in
Florida. If I can't deliver it myself,....well,...I have friends that will
do it for me. It would be nice if about 20 members could go to the
convention, and crowd around the NSA booth, and block out everybody else
from even being able to get near enough to pick up there advertizing
pamplets, or to hear thier presentation, etc.

Make about 300 copies of the letter, and hand it out to everybody that has a
NESDA name tag on thier shirt. If you could screw up thier plans, it would
be worth it,....and it would be the MOST successful convention that Nesda
has had for the last 10 years.

LLW
