[TechAssist] JVC - 35" TV HORIZ WIDTH, B+low

Hello,
This set was orig. brought in as dead unit, replaced opto and got it
to fire up. It now has pic, but horiz width is lacking. A fellow tech had
a partial scan of the p/s circuit which I've reviewed for test points,
I recall him saying it's a GV chassis.
Measured B+ at 95vdc, should be 134vdc. I'm checking the smd's and caps
closely.
Does anyone have case history on this unit? Trying to determine whats
pulling the B+ down. Feedback from ASC's would be appreciated
