this is true.
if i get all the paper work done properly.
actually my point was the price, if manufacturers charge these 
prices for assemblies, we wont be able to repair one after the 
parts warranty runs out, it will be too expensive to repair. 
but maybe this is the plot, sell sell sell new tv s.
it is hard to understand why a part should cost as much as a 
new set.
