I think, Wolfram is looking for a possibility to use ROM cartridges (expansion
slot) larger than 128 KB.
But I have no idea how to manage this.
As far as I know, the ROM memory of the cartridge is mapped to a specific
address range ($F80000 but I am not sure about the correct address). The
address range is limited to 128 KB and the addresses behind that are used for
other I/O components...
