All of our literature has this motto on it:
"The highest purpose of the German Shepherd Dog is to love and be loved."
In my mind that transcends the economics of breeding, the social structures
of our breeders relationships, and, yes, the standard. It is, the foundation
of the animal/human relationship out of which all other things flow.
