YES, have you ever taken a walk, (I'm sure you have, lol) down an AB  
grooming alley, and watch the powders and sprays flying???? It is amazing.  
I think the problem with doubling that some have is the overt way it is  
done, loud, obnoxious...good grief, it is DEAFENING when you have someone  
running 
around with whistles, etc, even at a specialty ring...do they not  realize 
that a dog's ears are HUGELY sensitive? Also the constant noise will  
eventually 
turn them off, and they will "tune out" their offending , but well  meaning 
doubler, lol.  
Subtle....very subtle, that's the key, esp in small rings, or specialty  
rings that are not very big.
