FYI - since two more people are looking at this now... I've been having a
lot of issues running the vagrant stuff on windows. A lot of issues
related to line-ending conversion. I'm still working on this, but my
latest fixes for windows are here:
https://github.com/ardentperf/racattack-vagrantfile/tree/windows
After I've finished and tested everything I'll send Alvaro a pull request
to the central racattack repo.
