Really hmmmm...I always thought the more precausions the less chance of 
trouble. even WITH AV running. AND I have av thru my ISP..which does catch a 
good share of AV problems besides my own installed Av... hmmmmmm. I do like 
the preview pane...

If you have a good anti-virus program this is not a problem.   I read ALL of
my email in preview pane and never get viruses.
