ok, I think I got it in stereo now after going to preferences. But now I am trying to apply "gain" to one channel left or right so that they are equally balances when recording. I did a split stereo track and tried messing with the gain buttons but does not seem to change anything. Any clues anyone? thanks, Christine ----- Original Message ----- From: "cristy" <poppy0206@xxxxxxx> To: <pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, June 22, 2008 4:34 PM Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- audacity program question, recording from tape to computer > Hi, > I am getting back to my project recording old cassette tapes to the > computer.
