Judith According to my little manual that comes from a refill kit that I get at wall mart, the TRI color cartridges (Cartridge numbers 51641A, C1823A, C1823D, and C1823G) and the individual black only cartridges (Cartridge numbers 51645A, 51640A, and 51645G) can be refilled with this kit. The Color Cartridges does not have a listing for the HP 720 Deskjet printer so I am assuming either they can't be refilled with this kit or your printer doesn't take these cartridges. (Cartridge number 51625A, 51649A, and 51649G) The brand name of this kit is Universal Inkjet Refill Kit and the base color of the box is blue with a picture of a printer and a hand holding a syringe. hope this helps Life is what happens in between plans.
