Well, I've only done one, but I'll reply anyway. I used exp/imp
primarily because I was migrating from HPUX to AIX at the same time, but
I probably would've used exp/imp anyway since I needed to move from DMTs
to LMTs and it also gives you a cleaner data dictionary. I've seen a
few bugs with upgraded data so I'd like to avoid those.
