I can't see how this is any bird that would occur in Oregon. Probably not
even in North America. And I agree with Jeff that it doesn't look right for
the tail being a leaf, or for the bird being a mockingbird. Whether that
means a prank or an escapee or something else, I don't know.

If it is a leaf, where is the tail? If it is a leaf, no other leaves
are that color. It being a Mockingbird wouldn't explain the blue on the
wing.
