Dear Keith/Mike, What do I do with the end emphasis patch that Mike provided? I had planned to integrate it, but of course I won't if you think it's no use anymore, considering the new plans. Maybe you will reimplement the whole thing anyway? By the way how exactly should I imagine this? You want to treat capitalization as another form of emphasis, so I imagine a lot of the current code will be ripped out, right?
