There can be a marked difference between TAS and IAS at the stall, because the pitot head is not in line with the air flow, but several degrees (10-15) "off" in direct relation to the AoA. The result is a lower indicated stall speed. However, it is a moot question whether FS models this properly. The pilot doesn't care two hoots about the TAS (except for doing the wind calcs), so long as he knows the IAS and in particular the stall IAS. At the stall he doesn't want to be doing calculations!
